AI Foundry Ventures LLP (“CortexData”, “we”, “us”), the entity that owns and operates the CortexData product, runs this website at cortexdata.ai. This Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and applicable Indian privacy law.

1. Data we collect on this website

  • Information you provide — when you submit our contact or demo form, we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, institution type, and the contents of your message.
  • Technical information — basic server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp, requested page) for security and uptime monitoring; analytics aggregated to non-identifying counters.
  • No advertising trackers. We do not run third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels on this website.

2. How we use it

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing. Server logs are retained for security investigation and deleted on a rolling 90-day basis.

3. Where we process and store data

All personal data submitted via this website is processed in India. Where we use third-party transactional email infrastructure (Resend) for handling form submissions, the data flow is India-resident and contractual. Data submitted by you may transit through standard internet infrastructure as inherent to email delivery.

4. Our customers’ data

This Privacy Notice covers data CortexData processes as a controller through this website. The personal data of borrowers, customers, employees, or other end-users that flows through the CortexData platform when deployed at a bank, NBFC, or co-operative bank is processed by CortexData strictly as a data processor on behalf of that institution, and is governed by the agreement between CortexData and the institution.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to access, correct, or erase the personal data you have shared with us via this website, and the right to nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of incapacity. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@cortexdata.ai.

6. Grievance redressal

For complaints about how your personal data has been handled, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@cortexdata.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Notice. The version date above is the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
